The BotsablyAI platform is cloud provider agnostic, and we support all the main players in the AI market including OpenAI, Microsoft, Amazon AWS, & Google cloud configurations.
We support all the modela that are supported by our cloud providers, the most common uses are currently OpenAI GPT-3.5 and GPT-4.0.
Yes, our plans are charged per bot with unlimited use, you pay the underlying AI provider directly for all the AI compute that is consumed by your bots.
Lots of platforms like ours provide some "Free" credit for the AI providers, and then charge you a markup on every call into the AI platform. We provide a service that is compeltely transparent on pricing. You pay for our bot, you sign up for an account with your chosen provider, add some credit, generate an api key and add it into our platform.
Predicting the usage costs is very hard, every call into the AI model will result in a charge. For OpenAi, the GPT 3.5 model is charged at $0.0010 per 1,000 token, GPT 4.0 is charged at $0.03 per 1,000 tokens
When we make a request into a AI provider the input and output are split into tokens, a token is approx 750 words although its not an exact science. The more context we provide into a conversation request the higher the charge.
Our platforms run in the AWS and Azure clouds with presences in every major country, ensuring you have API endpoints deployed locally to you.
All our billing is run through the Stripe platform, so we support billing in every major currency. At the beginning of your contract we will confirm which currency you want to be billed in and the cost in that currency.
